We are recognizing Mental Illness Awareness Week
with a physical and mental wellness challenge!

From Oct. 1 - Oct. 10 we are highlighting the connection between good physical health and good mental health so we are challenging YOU to spend each day  doing something physical that supports your mental wellness. Do 10 pushups, 10 sit-ups, 10 squats or, spend 10 minutes practicing yoga, walking, dancing… any activity that gets you moving and in a good mood! Then show us! 

Take a picture or record a short video doing the challenge and post it on your Facebook or Instagram page with the hashtags #ABMF, #10for10challenge, and #MentalIllnessAwarenessWeek. We may share your post!
